The challenge is even the best human connection and belonging gets tangled in expectations and judgment, especially our connection to self. We may question who we are, often adapting to hold onto connections and belonging; the ones that work and the ones that don't.
Nature has no expectations, no judgment. We already belong, we are family, and the connection is simple. We just need to show up and be with Nature instead of 'in' it or walking 'through' it.
Nature is a grounding foundation for all our connections and belonging.
That's my role as a certified forest therapy guide and life coach; to invite you into connection with Nature, which nourishes and strengthens connection with self and others."

It's not about distance or endurance. It's about slowing down and noticing; being mindful and connected.
Nature connections are available as public walks, private walks, add-on events for retreats & workshops, or as personal life coaching.
