Wild at Heart Wise Woman Coaching Sessions
Designed for the wild at heart, wise woman who is coming into her own as an elder.
There's comes a time in our culture, our society, when women of a certain age no longer matter. Our culture is obsessed with youth, and if you can remember back to when you were young, that's a scary thing to idolize and market.
Women, wild at heart women, wise women are forgotten and ignored. Crones, all of us.
Unlike others, who when ignored, get louder, we get silent. Invisibility may be our choice, or it may not be.
What I know is that there is magic in being older, women in circles create power, being seen and heard is about going into the forest and finding ourselves in Nature, not society. We begin to trust our intuition more. The Crone is a heroine, not a victim.
One-on-one coaching forest therapy, in person or on Zoom. Each session is 90 minutes long. Includes Tree Wisdom Card Readings when the time is right. 3-6 sessions recommended.
Like any new relationship, the first session is about getting to know each other, how you see this support in your life. The forest is a great partner in doing just that. Subsequent walks go deeper into what you want to make happen, always connecting past sessions. The real work is between these sessions, whether coaching is in the forest or over the phone. It's about you and your shift in perspective or bold actions.

Destinations: If you choose a Long Island location that requires additional travel time (> 20 miles), or a location other than Long Island, additional fees may apply.
For those who are not local to Long Island, or don't want to walk outdoors, there's still an opportunity for coaching.
Linda coaches over the phone and through Zoom, an online video app. Phone or Zoom hourly rates begin at $150 per hour. Two calls per month are recommended, not required.
